Good guide. Should help newbies to physical fitness start building up to perform more rigorous programs.
I'll tell you what, Military Fitness is the best kind of fitness. I've been training for the Marine Corps and i've never been healthier.

Definitely is.
Needs 100% dedication, or you're wasting your time.
Sadly, many people find that out and leave. The fitness becomes second nature and is always enjoyable.

Once you get past the first few weeks, it definitely becomes easier in terms of sticking to it.
My favorite part is just pushing my self and seeing how far I can go to get that one extra rep or two. |
