Step 1
Open any image that you want.
note : image with rough skin is better.
Step 2
Create a new transparency layer.
Use "Text Tool" to type anything on the layer. I'm using "Nosegrind" font, you can get it in dafont.com
Right click on the text layer and click on "merge down".
Step 3
Create a new layer underneath this text layer.
Right click on the text layer and click on "alpha to selection".
Click on "New Layer#1" and grow it by 5 (Select > Grow > 5)
Then fill the layer with white (ffffff) using "Bucket Fill Tool".
Step 4
Create a new layer above the text layer.
On the text layer, Right click > alpha to selection.
On "New Layer#2", change the FG and BG colour to 043585 and 192b49. Then apply the gradient from top to bottom of the text using "Blend Tool". Then, Select > None.
Uncheck the eye button beside the background layer. Merge all the layer.
Step 5
Click on the text layer. Go to, Filter > Light and Shadow > Drop Shadow.
Set the script-fu drop shadow :
Offset X : 10
Offset Y : 10
Blur radius : 0
then click ok.
Move the "Drop Shadow" layer below the text layer. Set the opacity to 50.
On the text layer, Right click > merge down.
Step 6
Select the Perspective Tool. Alter the perspective of the logo so that it matches that of the wall. Hit ok.
Step 7
Set the layer mode to Overlay.
Duplicate the layer.
Go to Filters > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Enter 30 for both values. Click ok. Move the duplicate layer underneath the text layer.
Right click on the text layer and select "alpha to selection".
Click the duplicate layer and hit "delete" button on your desktop.
Step 8
Go to Edit > Copy Visible
Then, Edit > Paste as > New layer
On the new layer, go to Filters > Blur > Gaussian Blur and enter 4 for both value.
Set the layer mode to "overlay".
Then you can save it.
