Good way to gain Upper Body Strength?
#1
I'm 15, 5'10 and 140lbs.

I play golf and hockey. I'm looking to gain some upper body strength and maybe gain some weight?

I have a gym membership, I'm looking for some good exercises, and maybe a nutrition plan.

I suggest you try Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength. Perfect for building strength especially for athletes. There are also parts there that will help you gain strength and explosiveness at the same time.

There's no significant increase in upper body muscular strength when doing pullups. Rippetoe's the best way for beginners.

Push ups and pull ups.But not regular ones, make a variation of them.I do 10 push ups then stand up and immideatly go back to push up place and do 9 push ups then stand up and again 8 push ups.Everything this untill im done to one.Try it.That last push up(1) is gonna be the hardest one lol.
Here's also good way to practice for upper strenght. It's my video and I'm training every day.I can remember a while ago I wasn't even able to do a planche tuck. Now Im able to do a planche tuck to a handstand and back to tuck and handstand. It takes time and practice!

Check this website out:

I'd say just keep doing variations of push ups, pull ups, and chin ups.
