hi i was wondering if any1 could teach me how to mod gta 4 on pc so i have a full saved game that i downloaded and how to install car mods aswell

This website will teach you how to install texture mods and stuff, and it has tons of mods to download for the entire GTA series.

I think it might be... but that's bull. Rockstar digs mods, they just wanted to avoid lawsuits should anyone decide to brew some coffee.

does someone have a working cd key for me? i need one cause my personal is in use and iv'e tried many many codes and any of them didnt work. ill greatly appreciate it if someone have 1 for me. thanks
