This website will teach you how to install texture mods and stuff, and it has tons of mods to download for the entire GTA series.

I think it might be... but that's bull. Rockstar digs mods, they just wanted to avoid lawsuits should anyone decide to brew some coffee.

does someone have a working cd key for me? i need one cause my personal is in use and iv'e tried many many codes and any of them didnt work. ill greatly appreciate it if someone have 1 for me. thanks
