Does teeth whitening actually works? My friend told me he use those whitening strip but it doesn't do anything...

It's okay to try and whiten your teeth but be careful not to scrape off the enamel. It's pale yellow in color and might be really obvious in some individuals, mistaking it for being unclean. It's what keeps your teeth strong so be careful.

Just brush your teeth with a well known tooth paste and buy some mouth wash.
Spend at least 10 minutes everyday on your teeth.

I brush my teeth twice a day so I don't need to whiten them.
If I did need to I would get it done properly at a dentist even though it can cost a lot.

Goto the dentist they can whiten your teeth really well. Better then any products you buy.
