I just wanted to know if anyone of you whitening your teeth and which products you use.
I use GoSmile teeth whitening program. It's pretty good and cheap, but it's not as good at when the dentist does it.

I just use tooth paste and mouth rinse, don't mess w/ strips or anything.

I have brushed my teeth perfectly my whole life. No need for whitening. Weakens your enamel.

I have the same issue OP, i drank/still am drinking flavoured water for a month and i seen a result, i suggest it
