Tips for weight loss :

1. Drink 9-10 glass of water per day
2. Avoid junk food
3. Do regular exercise
4. Aerobics exercise
5. Walk 30 minutes in a day
6. Eat healthy food
7. Avoid oily food

Well, to loss the weight there is require to follow the below steps:

(1) Avoid the fast food
(2) Avoid the stress, hyper tension, worries and so on
(3) Follow the exercise and diet schedule
(4) Drink plenty water
(5) Motivate yourself to maintain the health
