All of you make valid points, We talked to a lawyer, but she went behind our backs to get the eviction notice, and since she owns the majority, and the taxes were filed under her name, she was able to take complete ownership. And at this point, the walls of this house just don't feel like home. I am looking forward to getting out of here, and considering the house is going to be 800sqft bigger on 3 acres more land, sounds good to me. I just kind of hate losing the trust I had for my Grandma. I may be able to regain a friendship relationship with her, but I will never be able to trust her with anything of great value to me.
Neko, GM stands for grandma... if you read the first part... you probably would've known that.
