One thing you haven't established is how does he act when he's 'drunk'?
Is he violent? Does he act stupid?
Does he hurt anybody in your family?
I'd see the school counsellor if you have one at your school.
If he's violent, go see someone like the police.
I can understand if you don't want to, but it kinda has to be done, it'd be better, for your family.

Your dad made his life worked for what he has and raised you, he's kept a roof over your head and food in your stomach if he wants to DRINK he's allowed to even if you dislike it, he's done his job he's created and raised a bright and sucessful child thus far thus he's completed his job as a parent his job isn't to please you or make you his friend
