I have found great success with Cardio, more specifically running. However, running alone won't do much assuming you don't change your eating habits. It's essential that you adjust the way you eat, and replace junk food with snacks like peanuts and pistachios. Try to develop a healthy diet that will consist of all of the daily vitamins you need; This can be done on any number of dieting sites. Stay strong, and stay committed, and you'll start seeing results.
