1. You don't need to smoke it.

2. That is dependent on the person. If they like not doing crap while high, or even aftwerwards, it is their fault they are being lazy.

3. Yes, which is complete bullshit. If you read stories about marijuana raids you'd know why.

4. Ok..that can be perceived as bad by some. Mostly because the odor makes people worried about getting caught.
