I'm on probation and if you fail a drug test for THC (marijuana) you have to go to rehab? Really? Dumb ass laws. Legalize the damn plant. How is somebody going to be forced into rehab over pot? Insane.

cannabis is technically bad for some people who due to genetics and age are more predisposed to certain mental illnesses which can be triggered by cannabis-the trouble is unless we all had genetic testing and specialists there to tell us we will develop schizophrenia et al its like a game of chance.
personally dont believe its right to subject someone to rehab for smoking cannabis,drug rehabilitation is to cure people of their drug addiction,the cannabis users may
be perfectly able to control themselves & not addicted, and are just using it responsibly and recreationally like some alcohol users do.
if they want to punish non addicts,they shoud use community service,never know; if they are unemployed they might enjoy it and have a job at the end,
-we take a lot of community service guys in at our disabled riding school-the nice ones often stay on as volunteers when their service ends.
honestly wish they woud send agressive/anti social [as in behavior] drunks to rehab,they are the worst yet get away with it because its legal.

2. That is dependent on the person. If they like not doing crap while high, or even aftwerwards, it is their fault they are being lazy.

Eh, weed is not as bad as everyone says to be honest. Don't do it myself but just my opinion.
