I think you've went about this the wrong way. I've never used Blender before, but I have experience with using Cinema 4D and I would never model a head like that, although I suppose if that way is what you're most comfortable with then that's fine.
However, I see you've already started to colour it and add hair & detail, when the actual modelling isn't even finished yet. My advice in future would be to model the basic head and features, then add some detail, then the hair, and then colour it, rather than trying to do all at once.
Not bad for a first attempt though.
