I have fixed the issue. This problem has been plaguing me for almost 2 months, and I have googled it several times, and posted on 2 different forums about it. The issue IS with my graphics card, and all I had to do to fix it was go into Edit-Preferences-Performance-Advanced Settings and set opengl to basic.

I was going to PM MR Kitty cat the solution but it requires 10 posts, which is kind of silly I think. But whatever. My problem is solved.
