Current weight: 244.
My Goal is gaining or losing weight: Losing weight.
Satisfied with current progress(Y/N): No.
If not, do you know how you're going to improve: Signing up for a gym this week, going to start going 3-4 times a week and eating better.
Additional info: I stopped drinking soda, and lost nearly 10 pounds within a month.
