Additional info: I've started boxing some months ago. Then, one month ago, I started lifting. I can't really see any progress yet, but I've gained 3 Kilograms, and I'm a much happier person. I currently work out 4 times a week. 3 times lifting, 1 time boxing. I've been keeping up a healthy diet at the same time and working out at least 3 times week. Also drinking muscle milk.
