Additional info: I've started boxing some months ago.
Then, one month ago, I started lifting.
I can't really see any progress yet, but I've gained 3 Kilograms, and I'm a much happier person.
I currently work out 4 times a week. 3 times lifting, 1 time boxing.
3kg in a month is quite a respectable gain, congrats.
