Kind of wrong on that one, calories are essential to living, it's the fuel for our bodies. It's all the certain kinds of fat and preservatives they use that is bad for you.
Healthy living is really something that is different from person to person, depending on factors such as metabolism etc., if you have a high metabolism and want to maintain an active lifestyle, you will need to eat 5-6 meals a day, or should anyways. Someone with a slwoer metabolism may only need the customary 3.
So let me know what your metabolism and perhaps body type are and we will go from there.
