When people do good, share, or are charitable it should be because that's who they are. Not because their government tells them to do it.
Zeon would you be happy if every Saturday and Sunday you were told that you had to spend the time feeding the homeless? Would you be okay with the government telling you that you could only use your computer 2 hours a day because they required you to share your time online? Honestly that's communism and exactly how it works.
