Here is a quick solution.
Take your hard drive out of your computer and smash it like there is no tomorrow then take your hard drive and put it in the microwave then bury it 6 feet under. That's your solution. Just tell your parents your hard drive crashed. Most parents don't know what you are talking about when it comes to computers.

Or you can just unscrew it open, fudge with the inside, screw it together.

Tell your parents that the hard drive broke and you need a new one

The smashing and burying is a bit too much work.
