I good idea would be to name this forum "Forum Talk".

People can still bring their forum bugs here but also chat about the forum.

I think it's nice you added this at the bottom of the main page..

Forum talk doesn't sound right, maybe

something like just The Forum or something like that.

about general things but not just to report bugs. Like to talk about feautures on the forum and stuff. And to report bugs.

post things in 'Forum Talk' rather than General Chit Chat and it would be like duplicated.
