I good idea would be to name this forum "Forum Talk".
People can still bring their forum bugs here but also chat about the forum.
I think it's nice you added this at the bottom of the main page..

Now that I think ISR might be right. People would
post things in 'Forum Talk' rather than General Chit Chat and it would be like duplicated.
