Also, be sure to remain sexually active, even if that is limited to masturbation. Ejaculation releases endorphins into your system which are critical to stress reduction. Consider getting a massage, too.

Try laughing. Find something to laugh at. You need to be with friends more often. Don't drink, do drugs, or smoke.
View your life from a positive point of view; make a list of the good things in your life, and find out how to improve the more negative ones.
