Depressed from stress - Plan B - 11-10-2009 Lately, I have been depressed around my family from my brother who has been diagnosed with ADHD and was put on pills that made things even worse, he has been the most annoying little sh**... View your life from a positive point of view; make a list of the good things in your life, and find out how to improve the more negative ones. |
