How to make a SF Userbar?

I Tried searching and i couldn't find how to make it.


Is there a tutorial somewhere?

Moderators or staff members are the ones who add the userbar to your website, but many times groups you join have their own custom userbar you could make them. Here's a few links to a good tutorials i found.

Why is it a waste of time? It's a learning experiment for him. IMO nothing is a waste of time, as long as you learn something.
