I don't do anything really but mainly drink water I stay away from all sodas (except Dr.Pepper cause its awesome).

My school has a fitness class in which you can take Freshman-Senior and Best thing is thing is that you still get your full .5 Carnegie Unit for the semester, that's why I'm taking it, plus they work the fudge outta you.

To eat with my heart and do exercise daily ..........
I have a paper round, so I'm riding my bike up a hill for an hour a day, then just play football and things throughout the day. I eat whatever the hell I feel like though, hence the pot noodle sitting on my desk
