I just had to try this because almost everyone in the gfx community has done this.

Background is too simple. Try using a stock and intensifying a light source to create depth.

Background is empty. Add more effects on BG.
Need more depth.
Better lightning.
Bad Text placement and text style.
Read some tuts they can help you much.

I was gonna throw in some c4d's but they don't look to well in black and white, but thanks for the feedback.

u can add black white and gray c4ds to it
or just add a black to white gmap on color blending at the top of ur layers
this will make it grayscale
thats wat i did in my current sig

You don't need c4ds to look cool. Its clean and basic. Text could stand out more but i love it.
