Background is too simple. Try using a stock and intensifying a light source to create depth.

Need more depth.
Better lightning.
Bad Text placement and text style.
Read some tuts they can help you much.

u can add black white and gray c4ds to it
or just add a black to white gmap on color blending at the top of ur layers
this will make it grayscale

thats a good tip, I will apply in future black and white sigs.

You don't need c4ds to look cool. Its clean and basic. Text could stand out more but i love it.
