Has anyone else been having a really hard time getting up for morning workouts lately? It's like my bed has this magical grip on me that won't let go... 😴 I used to be really good at waking up early and squeezing in a quick run or some yoga before work, but lately, snooze is my best friend. I think part of it is the weather getting colder, and all I want to do is stay cozy under the covers. Does anyone have tips or tricks to get back into the morning groove? Maybe a new playlist or some kind of motivation hack that worked for you? Would love to hear how others push through this morning slump!
