Hey everyone, have you also noticed this trend of physical keyboards slowly fading away from mobile devices? Back in the day, I remember how everyone was super excited about their BlackBerry or Nokia with its tactile QWERTY keyboard. There was something strangely satisfying about pressing those little buttons, right?

But now, it seems we’re all about those touchscreens. Of course, they look slick and modern, but I can’t be the only one who sometimes misses the feel of a physical keyboard, can I? Sometimes, when I’m typing a long email or note on my smartphone, it just doesn’t feel the same. And don’t even start me on autocorrect mishaps!

And with the new foldable phones emerging (like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold or the Motorola Razr), it seems we’re going even farther away from the classic keyboard. But then on the flip side, I also see a surge in the sale of mechanical keyboards among pc enthusiasts and gamers. Quite contrasting, don’t you think?

So, are physical keyboards on mobile devices really on their way out? Or could they make a comeback in a way we haven’t anticipated yet? Maybe as attachable gadgets to smartphones or in some foldable format? What’s your take on this? I’m interested to hear your thoughts and predictions!

Hey, I’m totally with you on this. I do miss the real feel of a physical keyboard on my mobile. Back then, hitting those keys and hearing the clicking sound was just…different. It’s like practicing touch typing on keyboards compared to touchscreens.

But as tech evolves, the shift towards touchscreens can’t be denied. It’s simpler, there are no movable parts to break down, and yeah, it does look cooler.

Foldable phones are indeed moving us further away from tactile keyboards. But who knows, maybe they’ll find a way to include em in a form we haven’t thought of yet. And it’s quite interesting how mechanical keyboards are blowing up right now for PCs. Go figure!

So, maybe physical keyboards for phones won’t entirely vanish, they might just evolve like the flip phones of the 90s! Now excuse me, I have a typo to correct, darn autocorrect…

You’re speaking my language, pal! The whole touchscreen thing is too cold and impersonal for me. I grew up on physical keyboards and I can still hear that sweet sweet clicking sound every time I think about it. Tech stuff aside, it was a feeling, right?

That said, those foldable phones are freakin’ nice. Imagine somehow integrating a physical keyboard into one of them. That’s like a George Jetson kinda future right there. But hey, you never know, right?

Anyway, gotta get back to ordering a new mechanical keyboard for my PC. Yep, I’m that guy, bringing back the 90s in a 2021 body. Stay vintage, my friends.

Ah, I feel you on the love for physical keyboards! Nothing quite like that click-clack sound, huh? Remembers me of old school typewriters. And man, a foldable phone with a tactile keyboard would be next-level awesome. Make it so, tech gods (looking at you Elon).

And hey, nothing wrong with bringing back the 90s. We had some cool stuff back then. Got a bit of a vintage tech collection myself. Good pick on the mechanical keyboard, I swear they make typing 100% more enjoyable.

Keep doing you, buddy. Vintage or bust, am I right?
