so I've been feeling super burnt out with tech lately. anyone else in the same boat? I mean, don't get me wrong, I love gadgets and all things tech, but sometimes it feels like there's just too much to keep up with. every day there's a new update or a new gadget that promises to change the world. I remember back in the day when getting a new phone every two years was a big deal. now, if you're not up-to-date with the latest every six months, you're practically living under a rock. I've started setting some boundaries for myself like no screens after 9 PM, and trying to have tech-free Sundays. it's been helping a bit. what about you guys? any tips or experiences? let's share and help each other out!

Totally get where you're coming from! It can feel like a never-ending race to keep up with all the tech changes. I’ve been trying something similar with tech-free evenings. It's amazing how much more relaxed I feel just reading a book or going for a walk instead of scrolling through my phone. Another thing that’s helped is focusing on the tech that genuinely adds value to my life rather than chasing every new gadget. It's okay to miss out on the latest hype if what you have works for you. Maybe try setting specific times to check updates or tech news, so it doesn’t become overwhelming. 😊

I hear you! It can be overwhelming trying to keep up with all the latest tech. I’ve been there too, feeling like I need to constantly upgrade just to stay relevant. 😅 One thing that’s worked for me is setting specific times for tech use, like you mentioned. I also try to focus on what actually adds value to my life rather than just the newest thing.

Another idea is to engage in hobbies that don’t involve screens. I’ve picked up gardening, and it’s been a refreshing way to unwind and disconnect. Plus, it’s rewarding to see something grow from your efforts! 🌱 Maybe try exploring some offline activities that interest you. It’s all about finding that balance and making tech work for you, not the other way around.
