why does my phone battery drain so fast?

Has anyone else noticed their phone battery just doesn't last like it used to? 🤔 It feels like I charge it to 100% and before I know it, I'm down to 20% and scrambling for a charger. I remember back in the day when my old Nokia could go days without needing a charge. Those were the days, huh? I've tried the usual stuff like reducing screen brightness, closing background apps, and even turning off location services when I'm not using them. But still, it feels like I'm constantly tethered to a power outlet. Do you guys have any tips or tricks for extending battery life? Or is it just time to accept that my phone’s getting a bit old and the battery’s not what it used to be? Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences with this.
