Recently I’ve been thinking a lot about my personal self-care routine and how it impacts my mental and emotional health. You know, those daily rituals we intentionally do to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I believe they’re truly crucial in maintaining a healthy relationship with ourselves.

I usually start my day with a cup of herbal tea and a quick meditation session and it’s incredible the difference it makes in my mood and overall wellbeing.
