The weird anxiety flare-up whenever I step into my tiny neighborhood grocery store

I’ve always been pretty chill about errands, but over the last couple of months, I get this sudden tightness in my chest every time I enter the small grocery store near my place. It’s not even busy most of the time, and I know everyone there by face, but my heart races and I feel jittery almost like I’m about to have a panic attack. I’ve tried deep breathing and distracting myself with my phone, but it only helps a little. What’s strange is that this only happens at that particular store. Other errands or bigger supermarkets don’t trigger it at all. I’ve been wondering if it’s something about the layout or maybe a past uncomfortable moment I’m subconsciously stuck on? I just want to get my groceries without this weird fight-or-flight feeling every time. Has anyone else experienced anxiety that’s very specific to one place like this? How did you figure out the root cause or manage to move past it? Also, do you think it’s worth trying to talk to someone about it, or is this something that might just fade on its own?
