Unexpected Water Pooling Under My New Kitchen Sink Cabinet—Is This Normal Drain Condensation or a Leak?

I recently installed a new kitchen sink cabinet with a built-in plumbing system. After a few days of use, I noticed a small pool of water collecting at the bottom of the cabinet, right beneath the drain pipe. I double-checked all visible joints and connections for leaks but couldn’t find any dripping. I’ve run the tap multiple times and the water only appears after the sink has been used for a while, never when it’s been idle. The cabinet is made of particle board, so I’m worried about water damage. I’ve tried wiping it dry each day, but the water keeps coming back. I’m wondering if this could be normal condensation forming on the cold drain pipe or if there’s a hidden leak I’m missing. Has anyone experienced something similar, and how did you confirm the source? Also, what’s the best way to prevent water buildup in this kind of cabinet without pulling everything apart?
