My gaming PC randomly loses USB audio device during intense sessions, but only after 2 hours in

I built a gaming PC last year with an ASUS ROG Strix Z590 motherboard and a Corsair 750W PSU. I mostly play competitive shooters and use a USB DAC for my headphones to get the best sound. Everything runs smoothly for the first couple of hours, but after about 2 hours of gaming, my USB audio device just disappears from Windows Sound settings and in-game audio cuts out completely. I have to unplug and replug the DAC to get sound back, which obviously kills momentum. I’ve updated all drivers, tried different USB ports (front and back), and disabled USB selective suspend in power settings. The DAC works fine on my laptop, so I don’t think it’s the device itself. I’m guessing it might be a power delivery issue or some USB controller driver bug that only manifests after the system heats up. Has anyone seen USB audio devices vanish like this only after extended gaming sessions? Would a powered USB hub help, or should I look into BIOS USB settings or something else? Any ideas on how to diagnose or fix it without swapping hardware?
