I streamed on Twitch last weekend and noticed a few days later that my followers got donation alerts for amounts I never received and messages I didn't type. I was completely offline during those times, and I didn't share my login info with anyone. I checked my email and password, changed them both, and enabled two-factor authentication, but the weird alerts kept popping up for a little while after. I run my channel mostly from my desktop, which I keep updated and scan regularly with antivirus software. No suspicious apps or extensions showed up when I reviewed my browser. I’m worried that maybe someone got access through a third-party app linked to my Twitch account? Has anyone else had their Twitch account act weird like this? How do you audit or revoke permissions safely without accidentally cutting off legit tools? Also, is there a way to check if Twitch itself flagged or logged unauthorized access that I might have missed? Any advice on next steps to fully secure my account would be super helpful!
