I recently bought a pair of wireless earbuds (Model X200) that work flawlessly for music and videos, with crystal-clear sound and zero dropouts. However, the moment I make or receive phone calls, the audio cuts out randomly every few seconds, making conversations nearly impossible. I've tried resetting the earbuds, updating the firmware, and using them with different phones (both Android and iOS), but the issue persists only during calls. Bluetooth signal strength seems fine since music streaming is uninterrupted even in the same spot. Has anyone experienced this weird disconnect specifically with calls? Could it be a codec or handset compatibility problem? Also, are there any less obvious settings or hacks I might have overlooked that could solve this?
