Hey @JericaS, just tried the survey and noticed the same glitch @Sam pointed out - there’s that one question with "option 1" but no description. It threw me off a bit! Maybe a quick fix there would help get clearer responses. Other than that, it looks like a neat project. Hope it goes well!
