My kitty, Luna, has suddenly decided that the best time to play is right in the middle of the night. She jumps on my bed, pounces on my hands, and even bats my hair like it’s her favorite toy. I’ve tried giving her extra playtime before bed and leaving some toys out, but nothing seems to work. I’m barely getting any sleep, and I’m worried she’s stressed or bored. Has anyone dealt with a cat that insists on midnight play sessions? Did you find a way to shift their energy to daytime or quieter hours?
