I've been trying to get into a good morning routine for ages, but somehow I always end up snoozing my alarm and rushing out the door feeling frazzled. I want to have a calm start to the day with some stretching, maybe a little journaling, and definitely a better breakfast than my usual grab-and-go cereal bar.

I've set reminders and even bought a cute journal, but sticking to it past a couple of days is the real challenge. I think part of it is just not being realistic with how early I try to wake up, especially on workdays.

Anyone else struggled with this? What small changes helped you make your morning routine less of a chore and more of something you look forward to? I'd love to hear any tips or habits that actually worked!
