For the past couple of months, I've found myself getting anxious over the tiniest stuff - like replying to a text or making a phone call. It’s weird because I’ve never been this way before, and it’s starting to wear me down. Even small tasks feel overwhelming, and sometimes I just want to hide away.

I've tried distracting myself or just breathing through it, but the anxiety creeps back in pretty quickly. I’m guessing it might be the stress piling up from work and some personal stuff, but I’m not sure how to break out of this cycle. Has anyone else gone through something like this and found ways that helped? Would love to hear your stories or tips.
