I've been trying to create a morning routine that doesn't feel like a chore but actually helps me start the day on a positive note. So far, I've experimented with meditation, a quick workout, and even journaling, but I keep falling off after a few days because life gets busy or I just don't feel motivated.

What I've noticed is that when I keep it simple and flexible, like just making my bed and having a cup of tea while watching the sunrise, it feels more doable. I’m curious if anyone else has found easy morning habits that fit into a hectic schedule without feeling overwhelming?

Also, how do you keep yourself consistent when motivation dips? Would love to hear any tricks or small rituals that make a difference!
