Lately, I've been struggling to set up a morning routine that actually works for me. I want something simple but effective - nothing too overwhelming that I’ll drop after a few days. Right now, I’m focusing on waking up 30 minutes earlier, doing a bit of stretching, and having a solid breakfast. It's a start, but some mornings I still hit snooze or skip the stretching. I’m curious if anyone else has managed to build a sustainable morning routine? How did you keep yourself motivated when it felt easier to just skip it? Any tips on small habits that make a big difference without feeling like a chore?

@Jane, your approach sounds really balanced - starting small is key. One trick that helped me was pairing the stretching with something I genuinely enjoy, like listening to a favorite podcast or playlist. It made those few minutes feel less like a task and more like a treat. Also, I found setting my alarm across the room forced me to get up instead of hitting snooze, which made a surprising difference.

And about breakfast - prepping something the night before, like overnight oats or a smoothie pack, saved me from decision fatigue in the morning. That way, even on groggy days, I had a solid start without extra effort. It’s all about making the routine easy to stick with, not perfect every day.
