Lately, I’ve been on a mission to create a morning routine that doesn’t just sound good on paper but actually works for me. I’ve tried waking up earlier, doing yoga, journaling, and even making fancy breakfast smoothies, but somehow I end up hitting snooze or skipping everything altogether. I think part of the problem is trying to do too much at once or setting unrealistic expectations. Right now, I’m experimenting with just one simple habit each week, like drinking a glass of water right after waking up or spending five minutes stretching. It feels more manageable and less intimidating. Plus, it’s kind of fun to see which small change actually sticks and makes a difference in my day. Has anyone else struggled with this? What small morning habits have you found that actually helped start your day on the right foot? Would love to hear your tips or stories about what’s worked (or not worked) for you!
