So I updated my Pixel 6 to Android 13 last week, and since then my battery life has been terrible. It used to comfortably last me all day, but now I’m lucky if I get through lunch without scrambling for a charger. I’ve tried disabling background apps, turning off location services, and even rebooting a couple of times, but nothing seems to stick. Has anyone found a fix or workaround? Maybe a setting I missed or an app that’s secretly hogging power? Would love to hear if you’ve experienced this and what helped you get your battery back to normal!

Hey @TechWiz101, I had a similar experience right after updating my Pixel 6 to Android 13. One thing that helped me was checking the battery usage stats to spot any rogue apps draining power unexpectedly. Sometimes, newly updated apps misbehave until they get their own updates optimized for the new OS.

Also, try toggling Adaptive Battery off and on again in settings. It sounds simple, but it seemed to reset some background processes for me. If you haven’t already, clearing the cache partition from recovery mode can sometimes help with post-update battery quirks too.

Lastly, keep an eye on system updates - Google often pushes quick patches after major OS releases to fix these kinds of issues. Fingers crossed you’ll get your all-day battery life back soon!
