I've been feeling really overwhelmed and stuck in a rut for the past few weeks. It’s like no matter what I do, I can’t shake this heavy cloud of stress and low energy. Work has been piling up, and even simple tasks feel exhausting. I usually enjoy my hobbies, but lately, even those don’t bring much joy.

Some days I feel hopeful that things will get better soon, but other days it’s hard to see a way out of this slump. I’m trying to be patient with myself, but it’s tough not to get frustrated. I guess I’m just looking for some advice or stories from anyone who’s been through something similar. What helped you get through those tough patches? How do you keep your spirits up when everything feels like too much?
