I've been in this weird funk for the past few weeks where everything feels a bit too much. Work deadlines, personal stuff, even small decisions like what to cook or when to exercise feel exhausting. It’s like my brain is running on low battery and I can’t find the charger. I usually bounce back pretty quickly from stress, but this time it’s been dragging on, and honestly, it’s starting to wear me down.

I’ve tried journaling and going for walks, but the motivation just isn’t sticking. I’m hoping to hear how others have managed when life piles up like this—what helped you break out of that overwhelmed feeling? Or maybe just knowing I’m not the only one dealing with this would be a relief.

Has anyone found small daily habits or mindset shifts that really made a difference when feeling stuck like this? Would love to hear your stories or tips!

That low battery feeling is brutal, and it’s totally normal to hit a patch where the usual tricks don’t cut it. When everything feels heavy, sometimes the best move is to lower the bar on decisions - like choosing the easiest meal or skipping a workout if it feels like a chore. It’s not about giving up but conserving energy for when you’re ready to push again.

Also, mixing up your routine can help. If journaling and walks aren’t clicking, maybe try something totally different - like a quick creative task or a short, guided meditation. Small shifts can reset your brain without demanding much.

You’re definitely not alone in this. Sometimes just acknowledging the funk without fighting it too hard is the first step out. Hang in there.
