My laptop keeps freezing after the latest update—anyone else dealing with this?

So I updated my laptop to the newest Windows 10 update last night, and ever since then, it’s been freezing randomly. Sometimes it’s after 10 minutes of use, sometimes after an hour. I haven’t installed any new programs recently, so I’m pretty sure it’s the update causing the trouble.

I’ve tried restarting, running a virus scan, and even rolling back a driver update, but no luck so far. The freezes are super frustrating because I lose whatever I’m working on.

Has anyone else noticed this after the last update? If so, did you find a fix or a workaround? Would appreciate any tips or ideas!
